How do I remove my debit or credit card?
Follow the steps below to remove a saved debit or credit card from your account.
Note: removing a card is permanent. You'll need to re-enter your card details if you want to use it again.
On the web
Go to okx.com and select Deposit in the navigation bar.
Select the Cash tab, then select your cash currency.
Select Visa/Mastercard as the deposit method.
Tap Select next to your card info, then select Manage.

Tap the remove icon next to the card you want to remove.

Select Remove to confirm.
On the app
Open your OKX app and go to Deposit.
Follow the instructions to select your cash or crypto currency.
Select Visa/Mastercard.
Select From to see all your available cards.

Select Manage, then tap the remove icon next to the card you want to remove.

Select Remove to confirm.

Note: only debit cards are supported in Singapore and U.S.
